RunningClan

Hello! If you could join RunningClan, I would love it. If you want some history, here you go: A huge rock resembling a bird, the Highbird is where the leader of RunningClan will hold Clan meetings. Beside the Highbird, cats often share tongues and chat. The reason it gives cats so much comfort just looking at it is because, when times were harsh, before RunningClan had been created, StarClan sent down the Highbird and after that the cats survived, and called themselves the cats of RunningClan. The fast. The agile. The lean. The true. The honest. They were RunningClan at last. They were warriors. Fighting for a life. Winning battles that others wouldn't have fought, even if they were promised everything they ever wanted in return. RunningClan proved to be the strongest until a traitor came. His name was Stoneblaze and he was the only cat who wasn't afraid of destroying RunningClan. RunningClan didn't know this and let him in, seeing how weak he looked. If only they could tell that he had disguised himself. If only they had seen the fine build he had through his untidy fur. But, he was gladly accepted as a warrior of RunningClan. Moons after moons, he learned their secrets and weaknesses. Finally, he knew that if he killed Runningstar, RunningClan would shatter. He knew that if he got the Highbird to fall, trapping the leader, all would be lost for them. He waited until the moon was visible before putting all his weight on the rock. But, it didn't budge. Then, one early dawn, the cats coming back from a night patrol saw him and asked what he was doing. Stoneblaze tried to cover it up, but one young apprentice figured out that he was going to murder Runningstar. Sadly, no cat believed his word over a warrior's and they apologized. The young apprentice, who the cats called Brokenpaw because he was found alone, abandoned by the side of a Thunderpath and his family was broken into so many pieces that no cats could figure out his history, knew he was right and went to his best friend for help. His best friend, Whisperheart. Whisperheart was only a moon older than him, but he was as wise as he if he was a senior warrior. Brokenpaw always went to Whisperheart when he needed help and so he went for advice. Whisperheart said he believe his friend and knew that they had to find a way to prove it. He sighed and admitted that he could only think of one way and the others wouldn't like it. But, Brokenpaw was desperate and begged Runningstar to hide behind a bush and watch Stoneblaze. Runningstar agreed and when the time came, he hid behind a scrawny bush. He saw that Brokenpaw was right and thanked him. Then, he scarred Stoneblaze and banished him from RunningClan. He sent out patrols to watch out for Stoneblaze and one day, Brokenpool- that was his warrior name- found a body that looked like Stoneblaze. The scar was the same. The cat who had caused them so much pain, was dead. Moons and moons passed until the deputy and leader were both nearly dead. With Runningstar's last breath, he made Brokenpool the deputy, but Brokenpool refused. He told his leader that Whisperheart was the one who should be the deputy. Whisperheart was the one who deserved it and Runningstar knew that Brokenpool would know who was worthy. So, the reason that cats believe in the Highbird so much is because it didn't collapse on Runningstar and now, because of that, they have the greatest leader of RunningClan. They have the wise Whisperstar. Brokenpool died saving some kits from a fox, but he will forever be remembered.
